VBS Supports year round enrollment

Enrollment
To enroll your child or children in school at Victory Baptist, please follow these instructions:
1. Obtain an enrollment application from the school office or click here.
2. Return the completed application to the school office or email danrtodd@aol.com or fax to 285-0213.
3. VBS will contact you to set up a meeting with the Principal and/or the Assistant Principal. The student and at least one parent must attend the meeting. This is an informal meeting for us to get to know you and to answer any questions that you may have about VBS. NOTE: High school students should have their HS transcripts, if possible, and two Letter of Recommendation forms completed.
4. After the meeting you will receive a phone call or  a letter in the mail. If accepted, mail or bring the non-refundable registration fee, birth certificate, and IMM card to the school office. If this is not received within fifteen days from the date of the letter, your child could lose his place in the classroom. Once we have received these items, your child is fully enrolled, and you will receive all information pertinent to the upcoming school year. In July, we will send you a packet of information.
5.  If you are denied, the letter that you recieve will state the reason(s) for the denial. You are welcome to contact the school administration for futher information.

Transportation
- VBS does not provide any type of transportation to or from school; however, many families carpool from various areas.  Also, we have several high school students who drive to school that pick up students along their way.  We do transport extended care students as needed between campuses.

Lunches
- Catered hot lunches are provided by local restaurants.  New menus are published monthly.  Students may bring their own lunches.  Microwaves are not available at West Campus Elementary but are available for 7th-12th grade students.  A snack shop is available at the West Campus for the purchase of snacks and drinks.  Beverage & Juice machines are available at each building.  Snack vending is available at the high school facility.

Extended Care/Pre-School
(Ages 2 & 3) Another ministry of Victory Baptist Church is extended care.  Extended care is available from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM for children up to sixth grade.  Please contact the "Extended Care Office" for more information at 285-5082.

Withdrawal
- A withdrawal form must be completed in the school office at least one week prior to the student’s last day, if possible. If a student attends any part of a month, tuition is due for the entire month. Whenever a student withdraws, all accounts are due upon withdrawal. A late fee of 1 1/2% of the balance due will be charged on the tenth of the following month and each month thereafter until the debt is paid in full. Transcripts or any academic records cannot be released until all financial obligations have been met. If a student withdraws and transfers to a school within the tri-county area, special financial requirements must be met to re-enroll at VBS. See the school office for details or email info@victorybaptist.com.
